Virtual December Conference

The 49th Annual THSADA State Conference will be held virtually from Monday, December 7th – Thursday, December 10th, 2020.

What are the Virtual Conference Dates?

What if I already registered?
Your registration will automatically be moved to the Virtual Conference

What if I have not registered yet but want to attend virtually?
Registration link is live and available here: Attendees Registration

What about my hotel reservations?
All information regarding hotel reservation cancellations will be updated daily below.

What about Hall of Honor and Golf?
The Golf Tournament will fully be refunded. We ask that any Hall of Honor tickets purchased be contributed to the THSADA Scholarship Fund.

If you made your reservations within one of the THSADA BLOCKS, the hotels will automatically CANCEL your existing reservations

This includes:
Hilton, Courtyard, Residence Inn, Hotel Indigo, Home2Suites, Holiday Inn, Wyndham LaQuinta and Comfort Inn

 
SPECIAL NOTE: If you made your hotel reservation elsewhere OR outside the THSADA block, you are responsible for cancelling your own reservation. If you are not sure if you booked within the THSADA block, please contact the hotel directly to be sure your reservation is cancelled. Hotels will not know you were attending THSADA if you didn’t book in our hotel block.

All previous Conference registrations will be transferred to the virtual Conference.

After surveying key partners, the THSADA has decided against holding a virtual tradeshow. In its place, we are finalizing creative and effective opportunities to connect our attendees with our valued exhibitors and sponsors. If your company is an exhibitor or sponsor of the THSADA, our staff will be contacting you very soon!
