2025 THSADA State Conference
The 54th annual Texas High School Athletic Directors Association State Conference and Tradeshow will take place at the Kalahari Resort and Convention Center in Round Rock, Texas on June 1-4, 2025.
The THSADA State Conference is the signature event for all Athletic Administrators in the State of Texas and one of the largest High School Athletic Director Association events in the country which feature over 700 attendees and 200 exhibit booths.
Key elements of the Conference are the Texas Athletic Administrators Certification curriculum, committee meetings, new Board of Directors orientation, Monday and Tuesday Tradeshow festivals, Golf Tournament, QUAD A (Aspiring Athletic Administrators Academy), JHAMS (Junior High and Middle School Athletic Coordinators-The JHAMS program will only be offered on Tuesday, but JHAMS attendees can attend any sessions they wish).
The THSADA will be offering several Resume Review sessions for all State Conference attendees. This is an opportunity to attend a 30-minute session where you can engage the feedback from either an ISD Athletic Director or ISD Superintendent regarding the content and scope of your professional resume. This is a separate pre-registration but is included in your Conference registration fee. You will be assigned an administrator that is not in your ISD and that you will probably be unfamiliar with so that they can give you honest feedback and value on your resume.
THSADA will also be offering one-on-one mock interviews with a school administrator. Either an ISD Athletic Director or an ISD Superintendent or a District Administrator that conducts interviews within their normal scope of duties. This is a 30-minute session that will be conducted in the manner of an interview with the candidate being asked direct questions conducive to athletic administration.
The PBK-THSADA Hall of Honor ceremony will be held on Sunday, June 1st from 1:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. Make plans to attend the THSADA State Conference.
