After registering for the 2026 State Conference, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to reserve your hotel room at the Kalahari Round Rock for the THSADA group rate.

Official check in at the resort is 4:00 pm.
Satellite Hotel Check in on SUNDAY, May 31 ONLY, from 10:00 AM- 6:00 PM for THSADA Attendees will be open on the upper level of the Convention Center.
Check out time is 11:00 AM so please plan to vacate your room prior to this time. It is not necessary to physically stop by the desk to check out- your bill will be e-mailed to the email provided when you reserved your room.
NO. The Kalahari is 100% cashless. They accept credit and mobile payments (Apple/Google Pay) as well as room charges through your RFID wristband.
