What are the New Conference Dates?
Tuesday, December 8 to Friday December 11, 2020
NOTE: Tuesday is traditionally Sunday and Friday is traditionally Wednesday

What if I already registered for previous dates?
Your registration will automatically be moved to the December dates. This includes registration for Hall of Honor and the Golf Tournament.
What if I cannot make the December dates?
Contact the THSADA office (diane.mckay@thsada.com or call 832-623-7803) to name change to someone who can attend, or discuss your options. Exhibitors can contact Bill Daws (bill.daws@thsada.com) for options.
What if I have not registered yet but want to come in December?

HOTEL RESERVATIONS
The following hotels MOVED your old confirmed reservation to the new dates/pattern.
Hotel reservations in the THSADA block at these hotels will automatically be changed to the corresponding dates in December, provided you did not already cancel them. If you give your e-mail at booking, you should receive a new confirmation e-mail.
Check your hotel confirmation against the conference agenda for accuracy and contact them if your dates are not correct.
